Housekeeping Forecast by Loyalty Level/Tier Report
The Housekeeping Forecast by Loyalty Level/Tier report allows users to track the loyalty programs and the total number of guests per loyalty level/tier associated with the reservations for the selected date range.
Perform the following steps to generate the report:
Navigate to Reports ➜ Dynamic Reports ➜ Housekeeping ➜ Housekeeping Forecast by Loyalty Level/Tier report.
Refer to the following table and fill in the fields.

Property |
The current property name. |

Start Date |
The start date from which the report must be generated. Displays the current property date by default. Users can select a date that is a maximum of 365 days in the future from the current property date. Past dates cannot be selected. |

End Date |
The start date from which the report must be generated. Displays the current property date by default. Users can select a date that is a maximum of 7 days from the start date. |
|
Loyalty Program |
The loyalty programs configured in the Loyalty Programs setup screen. Users can search and select the preferred loyalty programs. |
Click Run to generate the report.
Click Save to save the report under User Favorites section.

Date |
Each date in the selected date range. This column can be sorted. Users can filter records using this value. |

Loyalty Program |
The list of all loyalty programs associated with a reservation. When expanded, the tier details of the loyalty program will be displayed. This column can be sorted. Users can filter records using this value. |

Tier |
The list of all tiers under the loyalty program. This column can be sorted. |
|
Guest Count |
The total number of guests with loyalty programs associated with the reservation for the selected date range. This column can be sorted. |
